I also had Barrett's esophagus. It was gone on my last EGD scope. The low acid diet does work. I'm also on a PPI Pantaprazole to shut off the acid.

I don’t mean to bare bad news but PPI’s science has learned are not very good for you and make you prone to too many bad illnesses. My wife gave them up with the aid of this program which essentially stops almost all carbs.
