Just wanted to check in with you and say hello. I hope you are all doing well. Are there any struggles you've had or have you found any helpful ideas along the way?

Hi!!!! Here I am. Fighting, I have more hope now that in the beginning.
A big goal to share is that I managed to go without pornography for 15 days straight. I have fallen, but I manage to get up faster.
With depression in general I am doing better. I changed house and partners, this has meant some adaptation. And the person I talked to who was my confidant left the country, that part is costing me a lot because we understood each other very well and it was very easy to talk. But I hope that God will show me who can be my ally in this this path.
