I developed hand tremors right after I added Bupropion hydrochloride to my list. Since I'd had no other additions, I just assumed that caused the tremor. Or interaction with another of my cornucopia of meds. No one in my family for several generations had tremors. I see that my doctors are calling it an essential tremor.
