Mine seems to get very loud when I’m tired. It sounds like I’m on an airplane. There are times it’s like a constant hum, music or two different sounds in each ear. I’ve downloaded the Oto app and just have to set it up. I’m hoping it helps in some way. Has anyone tried it?

Mine popped up the other night and sounded as if the furnace or AC had been turned on. I could actually feel it running and hear the 'constant hum'. After checking to see if the AC or furnace was on, I also checked the refrigerator. It was so subtle that I did not recognize it as tinnitus. Once I knew what it was I was able to ignore it.

I have not tried the Oto app but have tried Tinnitus Aid and Resound Relief. Sounds like your tinnitus issues are very similar to mine. As the day goes on it gets louder. I also find out that noisy environments actually make my tinnitus hum louder. Been progressively worse the last two years. Let me know how you like the Oto app.
