@marier What's candia. I can't seem to find a reference from Google.
Candida thats the spelling
I had to use clarithromycin and clofazime those were the antibitics i used to treat the mac
@marier Yikes. That's yeast infection. Tricky infection to get rid of. That was one of the reasons I didn't want to get the long-term treatment with antibiotics. The drugs may clear up one infection but in all likelihood will start another one. Eventually our bodies may become resistant to the antibiotics. I'm so, so sorry that you have to go through this. Hard enough to deal with one problem. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that probiotics will work for you to get healthy again.
Yes can anyone recomnend what to do im using prohibitcs and nystatin
You can get rid if mac without antibitics it wont go away
Probiotics such as Lactobacillus acidophilus help
Thank u im using it do you know how long im so tired of being sick
@marier in Canada many doctors recommend probiotic when you take antibiotics but you must take the probiotic 4hours before or after the antibiotic. Antibiotic destroys the good and bad bacteria so that is why they recommend probiotics when they prescribe antibiotic to give good soldiers to kill the bad one. If you have more bad soldiers than good one they loose the fight and this is when yeast infection come in the picture. I am giving you my doctor explanation if that could help. To cure a yeast infection you must take a very high dose of probiotic in the 25 billion and 50 billions of good bacteria. If your doctor has knowledge with probiotic he will explain that to you.
Has anyone here got candia from the antibitics im free of mac and now have candia
