I also have been dealing with HR issues. I believe this ties back to ineffective O2 distribution due to blood issues. For me I became anemic , low hemoglobin, iron etc. correcting all that seems to have solved the HR ISSUES.

My iron has been low as well. I did an iron I fusion this week, but I can't say it's changed anything.
