Did you see the recommendation by @rozy288 and @colleenyoung about seeking help at a major health facility like Cleveland Clinic or Mayo Clinic in their posts in this discussion above? You have been dealing with the pain and symptoms for a long time with no real help or answers and I also think if it were me, I would seek help at a major teaching hospital or health facility.
