I walk better w/o shoes. Shoes seems to take away my feeling of touch and make it more difficult to know where my feet are. There is extreme tightness in the arch of my foot and on the outside of the ankles.

@retired123, Good afternoon. If you don't mind, I would like to be a bit motherly about your walking in bare feet. It is much easier to slip and fall on tile or other smooth floor covering. Be careful.
