I am honestly surprised this question hasn’t exploded with answers. When I was on chemo and rapidly losing weight. There were a bunch of people, begging me to try it.

I use it fairly regularly, mostly for anxiety and sleep. I am a little over 3 years into my denovo MBC dx.

And……,good for you. MBC should not require lack of sleep and anxiety along with its other host of things it brings to life. 💕
