After my fourth joint replacement, surgeons had to use glue instead of sutures, because my skin was so delicate, but I had an allergic reaction to the glue. If I need future surgery, I'm concerned about what their options will be.

This is such good information to have in your medical records, @gracebalch. I might recommend that you talk to your doctor about possible alternatives now before you need surgery.

Hello. Marfan.org has been extremely useful in helping me with my hEDS problems. They are authorities in EDS, and other related syndromes, besides Marfans.
