Thank you Colleen. I am meeting with my Urologist who did the biopsy in 1 week to go over the results and I'm sure he will discuss options with me. I will be sure to get back on the forum with the results of that visit.
In addition to robotic surgery, I have been offered IMRT combined with ADT and also offered SBRT. I am interested in Proton treatment so I have another consult scheduled next week to talk about that option. The most nerve-wracking part is the decision-making process - it's like "pick your poison".
So, as you are learning, there are many decisions to make...
First, treat or not.
with the biopsy result of only one 4+3 you could decide on active surveillance.
You can decide to treat,, with what, when...treatment choice and opinions will be many.
