@kathyhg My postural drainage is just lying flat and I huff cough until I get all the phlegm up. Nan

After I do the nebulizer, I immediately lie on my yoga mat for 9 - 10 minutes and do percussion clapping, vibrations, and breathing that all lead to my huff coughing. Nebulizer starts the mucus going but lying down on mat doing postural drainage is how I I get the most mucus out.
