Hello, I've had varying degrees of tremors for 15+years. I have fewer problems with this issue now, after wrong diagnosis of MS and Parkinson's. After wonderful Mayo docs finished the testing, I have essential tremors that seem now managed by taking Requip, for restless leg syndrome. It works wonders for my legs and other symptoms, tremors are much less and less often
Worse in morning when I'm waking.

I've dropped so many glasses and plates and all things possible! I also have severe arthritis, very bad now in hands so I have tough time picking up things period. Writing , typing, whatever...but tremors are less.

I'm off gabapentin, off lyrica, lamictal, and other 'brain' drugs. Since, I'm so better and so different. Also, I use medical marijuana, CBD:THC tincture nightly for anxiety, pain, insomnia, and other issues. It helps.

I found by asking questions, be proactive, get the facts from trusted docs so you can make sound decisions.
Blessings on this journey. Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth. I'm glad to hear you were able to discontinue your "brain drugs", and are managing your symptoms. Congratulations on doing better.

Kudos to you for being your own advocate and being proactive. That's a big step towards taking control of your own health.
