@mothermary1 Joanne, you sound so good! And i love that you’re helping others. This certainly isn’t an easy path you’re on, but I’ll bet you come out dancing in the sunshine! Can i put sept 28 on my calendar so i can check and see how you’re doing.?

Hi Becky, I’m just beside myself. I spoke with the doctors nurse yesterday and he always uses an NG tube. He’s on vacation and will call me to discuss after sep13th. I do my research well I think and I read more studies saying back in the early days yes but not now. The side effects weigh out the benefits. I can’t eat with it so how will I have any stool to pass. I’ve had gallbladder and appendix, both blow you up with gas and you don’t need this. I just don’t understand it.I have moderate esophageal dysmotility so it worries me. I don’t know now if I’ll do it.
I’m going to ask to try linzess or try lance or ametesa again. I had no luck with any for months but this is now causing me very bad Antietam. I hope someone who has had one will read this and help me as to how it feels. Sorry that I was sounding so great but this just turned that around…Joanne
