I have also experienced this. I got a bleeding nose the other day (not related to the vaccine) and I can usually smell the metal in my blood when I get them. It didn't smell the same it smelt like meat left on a kitchen bench, and then I, clicked its iron.

That explains why my hands have been cold, and why I have been wearing jackets at work as I've been shivering. I've had the Pfizer vaccine.

Why is the vaccine using my iron and where is it going?

So, how did you conclude that your nosebleed indicates the loss of iron? Iron is typically found in your blood, so it is typically lost in a nosebleed. The smell of blood can be affected by a number of factors. Have you been tested for low hemoglobin, iron and/or ferritin?
When were you vaccinated, and have you been tested since then for hemoglobin, iron and/or ferritin levels? How do they compare with previous lab results?

If analysis has not been done, including searching for other causes of the changes you report, it is be premature to assume that the vaccine and the smell of your nosebleed are in any way related.
