@pkagarwal

I have burning feet, mostly at nighttime. I started with 100 mg of Gabapentin 5 months ago. It worked well for a few days and then back to same old burning feet. Then to 300 mg and same story of working for a few days. I was up to 1200 mg and then my doc added Cymbalta on top of Gabapentin and that has worked very well. Now I am starting to reduce the Gabapentin and currently at 600 mg. I will try to reduce it 300 mg soon. That is my story.

That's what I take but it was helping a little & now I am very bad.Best of luck to you.

Good evening @pkagarwal, I couldn't help but notice that you have handled the Gabapentin similarly to what I did. I too am now at 600 mg in the evening and wondering if I should try to go to 300. I was at 1200 like you. I added Cymbalta, first at 30 mg, and raised it to 90 mg as I was withdrawing from Gabapentin. It is working for me.

Have you used in other pain medications for your feet? Do they ever feel like icicles?

May you have contentment and joy.
