What to do is a great question that unfortunately has a lot of answers depending on who you talk to. My symptoms were pretty much the same as yours only I waited 20+ years to get a diagnosis because I was always told if I do have nerve damage and no pain, there is nothing they can do to help with it. So I had to do my own research which is how I found Connect. From my perspective, the best thing you can do right now is learn as much as you can about your condition and also what others have found helps them. It is a lot of reading but hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel for you.
