I have neuropathy in my feet & legs. I only take 600 mg of Gabapentin & it never really did help but now I am experiencing really bad tingling which is causing me to be depressed & don't feel like doing anything. Does anyone know of anything that would take this feeling away. I'm at wits end. I don't know what to do & the doctors are not helping. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

@tigreyes2004 - I'm sorry to hear you have not been able to find anything that makes the pain go away and provide some relief. The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy has some different treatments listed on their site that you might want to look at to see if you want to try them - https://www.foundationforpn.org/what-is-peripheral-neuropathy/treatments/.

Another site that provides some relief for your mind and may help you feel better even with the pain is https://www.resilientoption.com/resources#for-adults

Hoping you have a pain free day.

Have you considered asking the doctor to increase your gabapentin or are you concerned about side effects?

The only thing that helped me was kratom and it did wonders. It works for the pain, is 100 natural and not addictive plus gives you energy and cured my depression. I have been taking it about ten years. It also starts working in 30 minutes. It saved my sanity and life.
