Have had neuropathy for 12 yrs. Docs think it may be due to chemo. cancer is now back (stage 4). Curious about the ablation treatment for neropathy or any others ideas on relieving pain. I have tried just about everything over the last 12 yrs. Could really use some real help if there is any. Thanks.

Hello @mfj, Welcome to Connect, an online community where patients and caregivers share their experiences, find support and exchange information with others. I'm so sorry you have to deal with neuropathy along with the cancer. Here are a few sites that have some suggestions on treating the chemo induced neuropathy in case you have not seen them.

Have you tried any pharmacy compounded topical creams to help with the pain?

Try electric stim...I bought a stim pen and use it on my legs..It gives me relief..I carry it with me everywhere. When I feel like it, I ZAP my legs..Awesome to feel the tingle in the nerves..
