Hello @anthony99 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. You said you had an injury to your head 6 months ago and then anesthesia at a dental clinic. I have a few questions to learn more.
When did you have the anesthesia?
Do you have the tingling feeling all the time or intermittently?
Were you checked for a concussion at the time of your injury?

I was at the dental clinic a few days ago. Yes, all the time, every second. No, I was in a situation where if I complained about my health it would have made things more difficult for me.
