Hi @silvio, Have you tried physical therapy for the shoulder? I went on Youtube.com and typed in Frozen Shoulder exercises and did those. It really was hard but it worked and I have full use of my shoulder. Best of luck getting that shoulder back!

Hi @seaspray , how long took you to fully recover, with those exercises? Did you also take a steroid injection?
