Hello @jrmesser2003 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I would think that the answer to your question would be highly individualized and based on specifics of each person's doctor as well as knee health.

Are you concerned about looking at a 5th revision? If so, what about it is concerning that members can best help with in terms of support?
