I have pulsatilla tinnitus and made peace with it (rationalized it?) because it lets me know when my heart rate is too high. It’s a form of CBT; I don’t view it the way I once did, which was with horror and despair. Podcasts help too!🤓

Thanks. Any Podcasts you would recommend? does it interfere with your sleep or can you relax at night?
