Our bodies definitely speak to us when it's unhappy. I know when I've sat too long and it's usually because I've gotten stuck in social media or streaming a movie. Trying to get up whenever it comes to mind works for me. But I'm far from perfect on that. I think we're supposed to move about for at least five minutes on the hour.
