Mmm we love giant puffballs! Slice in larger slabs, sauté in butter, garlic, s & p and make “burgers” out of them!

We have such a large amount of edible wild mushrooms here is Oregon. I wish I knew all of them but I go out and collect the ones I recognize. Some become soup, some get dried for later. Yummy!
