I am caring for my brother who was diagnosed with LBD at age 55 in 2016. Five years into the journey, the digression is mostly gradual with some sad losses (driver's license, unable to read anymore, trouble operating the TV remote) Our situation is worse because he has Parkinson symptoms (shuffle, freeze, somewhat muffled speech) I understand that exercise is really important. Unfortunately I have a hard time getting my brother to exercise due to asthma. Be sure and get yourself involved in a support group or two. They sustain me.
