Oh Miss Heart!! I’ve been thinking about you so much lately because I haven’t seen any recent posts from you. I felt it was time for a visit and here you are today!
I’m so humbled with your words this morning. Honestly between you and our new member, @dimitra33 my heart is overflowing with emotion. I’m so grateful that I can be of help and inspire anyone who needs a lift, mental nudge or a hug.

I followed several of your conversations and honestly, just burst my buttons seeing how far you’ve come since we first met and how you’re helping and inspiring other members!

How are you feeling? Are you continuing to walk daily and still in control over that beast we call anxiety?
What are you doing this summer to keep busy?
