@lorirenee1 Hi. You're terrific. This information is incredibly helpful and it's encouraging to hear that you got some relief. I'm happy to know that you survived your breast cancer. Both my sisters are also breast cancer survivors. My husband just started on the R-Alpha Lipoic Acid made by Pure formulas but is only starting with 200mg a day and apparently the lowest dosage used in the study to help with pain was 600mg/day. He plans on increasing the dosage slowly. The supplements that I purchased only come in 100mg capsules so next time I'll look into purchasing the Immunovites. I'll take your advice and have him start the Benfotiamine at a different time so he can be more aware of how he's reacting to them and since he's already started with the R-ALA.
Thank you again for providing so much feedback with the different things that you've tried from the Scrambler to the supplements and more. Living in pain is indeed challenging and I wish you continued success with controlling your pain.
One last note, the past week I've been using the Penetrex on my husband on one foot and the Topricin on the other, in the morning and at night, to see if there's a difference in the creams, and both creams provide temporary relief of bringing the discomfort down a couple of notches.
Kindest regards, Michelle

@greenacres Hi Michelle, I am so glad to help you! Like I said, something good must come of something bad. I believe that! Everything I use to help myself, has come from other Neuropathy sufferers, not my doctors. People are just wonderful here. I don't know how I would have managed without them. By the way, I have tried Penetrex and Topricin, and neither helped much. I bought them once, and not again. However, many patients here, swear by them. Thanks for suggesting them! Much appreciated! Kindest regards to you as well. Let me know if you need any other information. LoriRenee1 Lori
