@athenalee That's one thing I like about sirolimus, it's just once a day so I don't need to plan dinner around it, which can get difficult if going out to dinner.

When we are in a different time zone, as in visiting my son in Denver, I wake up early and take my sirolimus and go back to bed. I don't have to worry about food coordination or trying to transition to a different time zone.
