Hi @ineedreassurance, welcome. You'll notice that I moved your message to this existing discussion about low iron and the COVID vaccine. This article from the European Hematology Association February 2021 suggest "that individuals with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) were advised to correct the deficiency prior to vaccination against Covid-19."

You might wish to discuss these findings with your hematologist. The vaccine can also contribute to feeling fatigued. When did you get the vaccine?
