I realize this is a rather late response to an old post but it might help dckuke or someone else who’s having both PN and plantar fasciitis. I see a reflexologist once or twice a week and she really works hard on my feet… Ouch! But it really helps. I gimp in and walk out. She’s been doing reflexology for years so if you see one find one with experience.
