Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Thank you @amandaburnett for getting back to me so soon. In answer to your first question, the roaring engine sound is definitely pulsating in tune to my heartbeat and is now overwhelming. I am not sure if that is what you mean. As an example, I cannot tell if my car is running or not (yes I have left it running unintentionally). As far as post menopausal is concerned my age (74) is post/post/post menopausal. My GP never mentioned it. I will certainly mention it to her.She was concerned about my visit to the ER. They admitted me with blood pressure of 216 over 113 (express line - no waiting). Don’t know if that has any bearing on the vibration thing. I do take 3 blood pressure medications.
1 more of my Down Home Equations - little old lady + doctors = more pills.
Do you suffer from lack of sleep also? It is mentioned in several posts. My eyesight is definitely in and out. I am also nauseous most of the time.
Hope some of this helps in some way. Thanks again for your response.

Hi @jlg47, Yes, the in tune with your body/heartbeat is exactly what I was referring to. I can be standing next to the dryer and not realizes it's going....it's not all the time for me though. Not yet anyway. And yes, I take 3 BP meds as well and I take something for insomnia, only because I work for Mayo and not sleeping isn't really an option. haha.

Do you think this could be due to heart issues?
