@fontspec - Good morning and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. This must be extremely frustrating for you! It would be to me.
I'm the Mentor for Connect in the lung cancer group.

I have multifocal adenocarcinoma of the lung and have survived for 23+ years. I have had two lobectomies. Not fun, are they?

If you have not been given any explanation of what is going on then, yes, get a second opinion.

How long has this been going on? Do you know what kind of cancer that you have?

Thank you for the follow up to my dilemma, my first surgery was in 2014, the second in 2018. They have been watching two different spots, which are the ones that have grown. I have adenocarcinoma, sounds like the same as yours. Again, thank you and I am going to be contacting Mayo today.
