I had a Reclast infusion in June. I didn’t have a reaction after getting it, but had made sure to drink water, before and after. I do anyway because of my transplant. I also took Tylenol. Since the infusion I have noticed more joint pain, though. When I took Reclast by mouth, I had heartburn. My endocrinologist decided that I needed to switch to the once a year infusion.

I was on Fosamax for years and nothing improved. Then decided on Reclast infusion one time a year for five years.
I had two years of Reclast but then I had an implant put in and then I had to wait for it to be completely done and then 5 months later I could start Reclast again. But infusion servicer left our building so things were forgotten. But for the first two, I had no problems at all. Then again nothing was done for years until now and out of the blue, they decided to try Tymlos. So after 4 months, I am off of it. I wonder if I could finish my last 3 years of Reclast before going forward since I had no problem? I guess that is something I need to ask. I did not know you could take Reclast by mouth only 100ml infusion. Well, let me know your progress. Stay safe and well.
