@kirchercl- Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. As you can see you are not alone in this finding after the covid-19 vaccine. What led you to have your blood tested? I was very tired but never thought to have mine checked.
Prior to the covid vaccine had you a history of low iron or any pre-existing conditions?

Routine blood test due to meds. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol being treated. All CBCs I believe have been normal before this. Not sure if iron was checked before. Only checked after the first abnormal test. Never told I had iron deficiency before.

I attributed my fatigue to changes in eating and sleep pattern. But different diet was mostly meat. And only after some hematologist test did I think about the vaccine. In some ways I don’t want it to be the vaccine. I have been an advocate and have a sister that believes differently. LOL

I had a negative test for covid once a year ago. I only had a cough. Allergies suspected.
