No, I just forgot to drink it and didn't feel thirsty. A friend came to visit and we enjoyed margaritas and wine. that wasn't good for me either, it dehydrates. I had one day yesterday drinking a bunch of water and I am already so much better. It is amazing. My hand tingles less.
