@sueinmn Hi Sue. I live on Vancouver Island in Canada, and just looked in the yellow pages of my local phone book under "Meal Delivery". Phoned my way down the list and at the very last one, I found Valley Home Meals, who were the only ones offering gluten-free, lactose-free entrees and soups,
along with their "regular" meals. The meals are dietician approved. They even grow their own seasonal fruits, berries and vegetables, supplemented by supporting local growers. Everything is made from scratch, with no prepackaged mixes, MSG or Preservatives. Meals are packaged in biodegradable containers, cooked, frozen, and ready to reheat in the microwave. I'm not sure where you live but I wish you luck in sourcing out a meal delivery plan for you and your family. I'll be trying my first entree tonight - roast chicken, gravy, carrots and brown rice ( my choices, customized!). I'll let you know how they are. Warmest regards, Laurie
