4 months post surgery- EPB tendon is “catching” over the stabylx implant bump and causing discomfort that increases throughout the day. I am using kinesiotape to lift and prevent the tendon excursion which is very helpful. Will this implant bump go away???

That would be a good question for your surgeon.
I can only relate my experience - last year after the tightrope CMC procedure, I developed a similar bump at the attachment point of my tightrope on the back of my hand. It was impeding movement of my tendon, I bumped it (painfully) many times a day and it kept growing. My surgeon did a 20 minute procedure (4 months after surgery) and removed the cyst that had formed. After 10 months it has not come back. He said it happens in 1% of cases, and requires surgery in up to half of those cases.
Have you discussed it with the surgeon?
