For those searching for it, there is no "&" or "and" between Frankincense and Myrrh. It is simply Frankincense Myrrh. They even have a trademark on "Frankincense Myrrh," which I would of thought not possible. But it does say NEUROPATHY on the bottle. You don't mix it with anything. I also use it and can only find it at Walmart. It feels like my toes are wrapped tightly in tape or string, cutting off the circulation which can rob most of a night's sleep. But the FM Neuropathy product can take 50% of the nasty feeling away, which is enough to get asleep.

Hey thanks for resurfacing this discussion. I had heard of their anti-inflammatory properties, but hadn’t thought of trying it for neuropathy pain, it seems to really work. I just read an NIH article that cited research and their conclusion - “In brief, frankincense and myrrh, as two traditional natural medicines, have extensive and significant pharmacological effects, and their combination has magically synergistic effects.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6749531/#!po=10.1852
