Interesting, hauoli. I attended a rather vigorous line dancing class at the Y today. When it was over, I experienced some glorious, productive coughing! I think I need to do more exercising.

I just play tag with my little grandsons and it gets me coughing.

Great! So I do jumping jacks and in place skip rope with no rope and seems the inversion poses in yoga like the plow and down dog. Dancing sounds like a perfect thing to get your lungs active.
