I also have severe pain in my legs and feet. I can not sleep at night for them hurting. I am told that mine is caused from neuropathy. I take Gabapentin for it but it does not relieve the pain. The only thing I have found to help is hot water and that only helps as long as I am in the hot water. I can feel your pain. My legs and fee swell so much that I am now on 80 mg of Lasix morning and evening and that does not prevent the swelling. I hope you find relief as I know what you are dealing with. Prayers.

Gabapentin didn't really help me; I don't think my problem was nerve pain. I commented below with things that seem to work for me. Epsom salt in the hot water may really help as it is magnesium. A good brand of supplement can also be helpful.

Thank you yes hot water helps and I agree it's only beneficial while you're in the hot water as soon as you get out and your legs cool off it starts throbbing again.
