Mine has Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen Peptides, Hydrolyzed Fish, Collagen Peptides, Eggshell Membrane, Native Undenatured Chicken Collagen. I use Ageless Multi Collagen by Bio Trust

I believe the 5 types are Keto, Paleo, bovine, marine and chicken.
Grass fed collagen comes from a better source…the waste of grass fed cows doesn’t have toxins like antibiotics. People who don’t eat meat can opt for marine collagen…the waste from fish etc although I would research sustainable brands. I happen to think either marine or bovine is the best but would research the source of any of the five.

There are so many brands and hype it can be hard to choose. I am lucky in that my daughter is a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about health and nutrition and does extensive research. So I rely on the brands she chooses for her family. They all get collagen peptides along with supplements. She is basically my doctor and advisor and I only see an eye and ear specialist.

Grass fed may be a little less expensive than marine but I plan on looking into marine….heard that they are good for wrinkles also and that you may see results faster. These collagens can be pricy. I am happy with the results of mine but curious about the marine type.

Anyway they are from waste products so it is good for our environment.

we all have to do our own searching to see what would work best..cost wise as well as functionality. I've learned that grass-fed 'anything', ie: cream, milk, kerry butter (from Ireland), meat.. is the best type of fat as well as collagen source..as long as we're spending $ on this...also..right on about what you're taking that is in a peptide form...that makes it even better for our bodies to assimilate. Knowing what we're taking in on a daily basis is our responsibility..now more than ever. Go for the best products you can afford...good luck to you all. Keep up the search!! hugs.....
