PTH is uncommon according to what u posted. Correct? It does make me wonder. I thought my neuropathy in finger, lips was from radiation chemo 2 yrs ago. I pulled off gabapentin bc of grogginess. I’m going into Mayo today for ophthalmologist ( bleeding in back of eyes).. I’ll make appt for endocrinologist Thanks!

So glad to hear that you can see a Mayo endocrinologist!

Yes, hyperparathyroidism is not a typical diagnosis. I'm thinking that doctors don't even necessarily consider looking for it since it might not be on their radar. An endocrinologist will definitely do some looking.
