Hi John..thanks for the warm welcome. Yes..I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis....which got much worse these last 4 years when all I was able to do was care for my ailing husband (47yrs) bless his sweet soul...he passed Jan, of this year. So..now I'm playing catch-up...doing for me now. My DEXA was horrible...-4.1 in L-5 and both hips are -3.2.....I don't want to start down the Rx road for this...way too many contraindications for me to have piece of mind taking them. I am into all things healthy, however..and am upping my game there. Learning more about rebounding as well as doing all the 'ameliorative' things one can do. I recently had a fall...not sure anyone could have avoided this one. None the less..I hit my knees, elbow, shoulder and both wrists..all bloodied and bruised..but nothing broken!! I have a professional rebounder..and enjoy that workout, once again. I'm also more a veggie, but like fish and chicken...I'm starting on "Garden of Life" Grow Bone system. It looks to be a very comprehensive formula and I will follow the directions for optimum results..besides doing all the other added in things that I know help.
Mayo Clinic as well as Nasa have some interesting results from using reverse gravity. I know that this is a life long commitment..but I have nothing to lose by now living for me now and regaining my health. I plan on being around here for a long time...and upright!
I'd be interested in hearing from anyone else about this....
