I'm also interested in anything that would help to reverse osteoporosis, ie; trampolene? bone growth formula? I'm 76 1/2 yrs. young...don't have a lot of time to turn this ship around.

Hello @bunky44, Welcome to Connect, an online community where patients and caregivers share their experiences, find support and exchange information with others. It's good to be 76 1/2 years young! Smaller ships are easier to turn around 🙂 That is the first thing I focused on to help me. I have osteopenia and would prefer not letting it get any worse. I try to do more weight bearing exercise but I know I need to up my game there and walking more vs using my exercise bike is probably better. Have you been diagnosed with osteoporosis?

I have osteopenia as well. Can’t risk trampoline and breaking more bones. So, I too am interested in this low intensity machine. Good luck
