An additional 10 CICP claims were eligible for compensation after a review of the required medical records and documentation; however, in these cases there were no eligible reported medical expenses or lost employment income for the CICP to compensate." So it would cover uninsured medical expenses and lost income for those who can prove that the vaccine caused their illness. It does not cover pain and suffering, sorry to say.
