The turmeric supplement I take that has Meriva in it is OTC - https://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-Curcumin-Phytosome-Non-GMO/dp/B008YDH4HM/ I've taken various ones for a few years but recently was reading a little about brands with Meriva which seem to have a better bioavailability.
Yup...not really fond of writing checks. Even my printing has gone downhill 😁

What does tumeric do for you? I see commercials on it.
I take Milk Thistle. Yrs ago I had raised liver enzymes. The Indian Dr said to take them. It cleanses the liver. Labs have been normal ever since. I don't like writing checks. That's one reason I have autopay for bills & utilities & so I don't forget. If I can write a check ahead they look better than writing on the spot. I pay some bills w Paypal which charges a credit card w reward points. :O) My printing is pretty now bad too. I decided I wasn't ever going to get like my mother and grandmother. It happened anyhow. :O(
