Before diagnosis of LBD he had several falls, and several hallucination episodes. His mobility gradually became more difficult. We attributed some if these symptoms as a vision related issue. So, bottomline, we were not thinking Parkinson's.

So glad that there isn’t a definitive thought of Parkinson's. The symptoms can overlap so docs can find it hard to tell the difference in the earlier stages.

Vision can definitely play a big role in falls. I know first hand. I had a total retinal detachment. Since then my depth perception is off and causes me to trip often and extra falls.
