Thank you. I am icing and massaging.
I’ve had 3 previous rotator cuff surgeries, maybe joint replacement is different but this is a first.

I think it is different. Rotator Cuff surgery is a repair; shoulder replacement is destruction and reconstruction.
I'm so glad you are icing and massaging - that will speed your healing!
