Well, my one lonely mourning dove was back this evening, very much alone and looking forlorn. It really made me sad to see him/her sitting up on top of my fence staring out into the woods behind my condo. I felt sorry for the little thing. I hope he hasn't lost his family, although I'm afraid that is what happened, as it's been a while since seeing the group. We do have some neighbors who let their cats outside and we have a couple of ferrel cats dropped off by folks as kittens. This might sound strange, but I'm asking you all to please pray for these doves. I'd hate to think they got killed somehow and we've lost that treasure. I miss them, their soft cooing and kissing and sitting on top of the fence watching over the place.

Wed and Thurs I'll be at Mayo all day, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's a long day for me right now especially, since only out of hospital 7 days. But, they'll be flexible and allow us to move around some, stand in the corner if need be which will feel quite appropriate. I can't wait to learn everything I can about this illness.

Life is good, if nuts at times. Blessings to every single one of you.
Elizabeth

@ess77 Two long days ahead of you at Mayo but I think you’ll learn so much useful information. The staff at every Mayo is always so mindful of patient needs, I’m sure you’ll get breaks and be treated like a queen. Good luck to you!!
